Buried at St. Joseph's Cemetary, Iowa City.

Came to US when 9 years old. Captain of women's basketball team in
1905-1906 and 1906-1907 at U of Iowa. Took freshman year of college twice to get good foundation in American education and languages.

Ignatia Corso graduated from the U of I in 1907 and could speak 5 languages.
