Weed Park picnic
Thanks again to Rose & Corey for taking the initiative to organize a family picnic! The weather cooperated as the recent rains disappeared for at least a couple of days. We had a wonderful breeze and temps were extremely comfortable. Plenty of great food as usual for a family potluck. The zoo garden location was superb for the occasion. Maryrose and her elves deserves a huge acknowledgement for all the work they contributed to making this site a beauty. The garden is impressive with all the new growth and blooming. I hope Tom will post some pictures of the area or Francie who had some great ones of Maryrose at the peacock sculpture. I suggest we make this an annual event. It was relaxing and nice to have Francie & Wayne present. Same date & place next year???
