Even though we had plenty of time to prepare for Dad’s passing the actual time of his death came pretty quickly when you think about most all of us had been with him 2 Sundays ago but by the following \u00a0Monday morning he died.<\/p>\n
I want to acknowledge especially John & Helen and all the brothers and sisters who worked well together \u00a0to prepare a send of for Dad that he would have liked and been PROUD. \u00a0 \u00a0John & Helen had a lot going on during Dad’s final days along with preparing \u00a0for the visitation, funeral, and being sensitive to Mom’s needs too. \u00a0All the details and everything went well. \u00a0Yes, there were a few bumps along the way but from the outside looking at and over the last 2 days culminating in closure and a final farewell to Dad for what had transpired, all was well. John & Helen, I hope you both take comfort in knowing this. \u00a0We all owe \u00a0and are indebted to you both for all that you have done over the years for both Dad + Mom and especially here with Dad’s recent passing.<\/p>\n
Be sure to take some time to be kind to yourselves, let any of us know how we can help you as you continue to step up and fill in for all of us with Dad’s affairs and Mom’s well-being.<\/p>\n
